Racial And National Identity

This article has been prepared for Christians with a view toward better understanding of the Holy Scripture. It is based upon the Gospel of the Kingdom preached by Jesus Christ and is considered essential for the enlightenment of His people on earth. In support of the position that Jesus Christ preached the Gospel of the Kingdom see matthew, 4:3, 9:35: mark 1:14 & luke 4:43.

Having established the position that Jesus preached the Gospel of the KINGDOM, we should at this time emphasize the fact that a Kingdom is a GOVERNMENT. In support of this position we return to a prophecy of isaiah 9:6-7, 22:21 and the conclusive fact that the Constitution of the United States is a Christian document based upon the Holy Scripture. The government of the United States is a Christian government known as a Constitutional Republic.

In order to maintain proper context, since we have taken the position that Jesus preached the Gospel of the Kingdom, it seems necessary that we clarify an area considered to be erroneous. This is the so-called Gospel of Salvation. We see that the Apostle Paul is very learned on the subject of salvation and he writes much concerning the matter. As Paul writes about salvation there are passages of Scripture relating to the Gospel. It is our belief that many Theologians have placed “interpretations” in this area and say that the “Gospel” referred to by Paul is the Gospel of Salvation. We take the position that Paul preached Jesus Christ. If Paul preached Jesus Christ then Paul must have preached the Gospel of the KINGDOM and that is the only “Gospel” Paul could have been referring to. Another confirmation of this position is clearly visible when we understand that Jesus Christ is the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost, all one. In short, Jesus Christ is the GOD of Is-ra-el, Creator of the Universe, the Father.

As He is the Father, He must have “children” or a family in the earth. He came into the earth by divine birth and took on a flesh body as a “kinsman redeemer”. He came and accomplished His purpose. Israel has already been saved from sin which is error or transgression of the Law and is now under “grace”. As Jesus Christ saved us from our sins then why should any Christian clergyman preach a so-called Gospel of “salvation”? Why do they not preach the Gospel that Jesus said to preach - the Gospel of the KINGDOM? Jeremiah tells us of the Pastors who do not preach what Jesus said to preach. See jeremiah 23.

Since we now understand that Jesus Christ is the one we call “God” and He has children on the earth, then we had better learn who those children are. We had also better believe the Scripture when it tells us that there are people on the earth who are NOT the children of God. The Bible is clear that there was a “creation”. There were ages or eras of the period of time during the creation. For us to understand the “creation” we must understand the Book of Genesis. It is necessary to understand that Genesis is a mere synopsis covering millions of years in little more than one chapter. We read that there were people created during the ages of the creation and these people were all prior to the arrival of Adam and Eve. Note in genesis 2:4 that “these are the generations of the heavens and of the earth WHEN THEY WERE CREATED, in the day (age) that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens.” Now note in verse 5 of this same Chapter 2 that there was NOT A MAN to till the ground. We know that the word “man” is translated from the word ADAM. Also notice here that Adam is brought into the Bible story AFTER God had rested the 7^th day (or era) of the creations and that Adam was NOT of the creation ages nor was he created. In verse 7 of Chapter 2 in Genesis, we read “And the Lord God formed man (Adam) of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man (Adam) became a living soul”. We choose to believe that the translators used the words “dust of the ground” when they should have used the words “in the terrestrial planes”. We have used the word terra-firma or terrestrial to refer to the earth in many other usages. Why not here?

At this point we believe that Theologians have missed the boat. They have failed to search the Scripture. We see in genesis 2:23 that Adam is the issue or progeny (son) of God. There is a footnote in most Bibles where the footnote for Adam is the Hebrew word “Ish” and “Isha” for Eve. The word “Ish” means progeny or offspring and in an English translation we would use the word “son”. Luke testifies to this fact in the genealogy of Jesus Christ which he traces back to Adam. (See luke 3:28 “…which was the son (Ish) of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the SON OF GOD”.

Adam’s entry on earth dates back some 7,400 years yet there is sound scientific evidence that people existed on the earth 1,750,000 years ago. There are carbon-14 tests made upon bones of African blacks which have been found in the caves of Kilimanjaro and which date back approximately 73,000 years ago. There is also a history of the Asiatic Sumerian dynasties which goes back possibly 600,000 years or more. It is no wonder that many intelligent people aware of these archeological and scientific findings, become skeptical of the Bible. Some even reject it and become agnostics. Having been taught by irresponsible clergy that men of all races descend from Adam and Eve, they do not have the facts to reconcile the discrepancy which establishes the advent of Adam AFTER that of the Negro and Asiatic races. We will clarify this subject briefly touching upon highlights as follows:

Adam did arrive upon the earth approximately 7400 years ago but there were other races here prior to his arrival; races which had been on earth for over one million years. Adam, the father of the Adamic (white) race was the latest to arrive. Many archeologists agree that the white race appeared upon the earth suddenly and with a high state of civilization, a written language and superior in every way to the races preceding it. While there are histories and scientific records concerning the earlier races, there is no record of the white race prior to 5500 BC and this is in agreement with the Bible chronology for Adam’s entry here. The Bible is not the history of ALL races. It is the history and guidebook of the White race and begins with Adam. Ref.: genesis 5:1 “This is the book of the generation (race) of Adam.”

A bit of repetition will suffice at this point. Whoever in writing the first two chapters of Genesis, actually wrote a synopsis covering tens of thousands or millions of years. The English word “day” which we find used so often throughout the story of creation, is translated from the Greek work “eon” and should correctly be translated to read “age” or “cycle”. This correct translation spans the seven cycles or ages during which the world was formed and during which time the pre-Adamic races were created. These earlier races known as Taurogs and Tauranians were created races. The Hebrew word “istar” is used to denote creations and created beings. Adam was “Ish” meaning offspring or progeny (son in English).

Therefore, since Adam was the first White man, the Asiatic and Negro races could not have come from him as one cannot be older than his father. It is sheer folly to claim that God would violate His own law that kind begets like kind and bring forth black and yellow people from white parents (Adam and Eve).

In genesis 1:27 we read of the creation of the early races as “male and female”. We read also that God rested after His work (Creations) and it is not until after His rest that the Bible tells us in genesis 2:5 “…and there was not a MAN to till the ground”. Correctly translated, the word “man” should read Adam. (See Young’s Analytical Concordance). Properly used, the name “Adam” puts a completely different complexion upon the entire Bible story and supplies correct answers for questions that have previously caused confusion amongst Christians. As we unravel this error concerning Adam, we learn that the Bible is written specifically to and for the White Race. It is well recognized that the White Race is the agricultural race (genesis 2:5) while the other races have been only nomads and hunters. It has been the white man who has carried civilization and progress to every part of the globe since the days of Adam.

Where did the Adamic race originate? According to Scripture it began in Eden. We read in genesis 2:10-14 “…and a river went out of Eden to water the garden and from thence it was parted a became into four heads. The name of the first is Pi’son - that is it which compasseth the whole land of Havilah where there is bedillium and the onyx stone and the name of the second river is Gi’hon; the same it is that compasseth the whole land of Ethiopia. And the name of the third river is Hiddekel; that is it which goeth toward the east of Assyria; and the fourth river is Euphrates.” Because the Euphrates is mentioned, the people have assumed that Eden must have been located on the banks of the Euphrates river in Mesopotamia. The Euphrates and the Tigris merge into one river which does NOT correspond with the description given in Genesis, which says that one river went out of Eden and divided into FOUR heads. We are compelled to look elsewhere for a group of FOUR rivers originating from one source.

On the Pamir plateau in central Asia between the Chan mountains on the North and the Hindu Cush of the South we find such a source. (Cush is the original word for Ethiopia and it is a word older than the divisions of the languages). From the lakes of this plateau issue FOUR great rivers, the Indus, the Iaxartes, the Araxes and the Tarim. The Iaxartes is the original Euphrates and the Tarim going toward the East is the Hiddekel.

Professor Renun tells us that the Plateau of Pamir, considered to be the original Eden by all the people of Asia, is the central part of the world. Thus everything invites us to place the Eden of the Semites or Aryans in the mountains of Beler-Tagh at the point where this chain unites with the Himalya towards the Plateau of Pamir. We are conducted to the same point by the most ancient texts of Zendevestar. The Hindu traditions are also contained in the Mahaborata and the Puranos and relate to the same region. There is the true Ararat of the Hindus, the true Alborg of the Persians, the true river Avenda from which all rivers take their source according to Persian tradition. There, according to the opinions of almost all the populations of Asia, is the central point of the world. There is the point of common attachment to the primitive geography, both of the Semitic or Aryans and the Indo-European races.

Only the Pamir Plateau in Asia answers to the geographical conditions described in genesis 2:10 “…a lake also sprang up in Eden to supply the Garden with water. From there it divided and became FOUR rivers.” All circumstances point to the Tarim Basin, lying just East of the Great Pamirs, as the homeland of the Adamites and other evidence makes it clear that the cradle of the Adamic or Aryan race is located in these mysterious mountains of Central Asia. Language presents another source of evidence with the roots of the White Race languages tracing their parent stock to the Aryan. Chamber’s Encyclopedia, under Aryan Race and Languages, says: “The evidence on which a family relation has been established among these nations, is that of language, between the Sanskrit, Zend and Greek; the Latin as the mother of the modern Romance languages such as Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Rumanian; the Celtic, now confined to Wales and parts of France, Ireland and Scotland; the Gothic which is Teutonic or Germanic and which includes English, Scandinavian and the Slavonic”. Researchers of Philology have written that the 19^th Century establishes such affinity as can be accounted for only by the fact that the nations who originally spoke them had a common origin. This common origin traces back to Adam and Eve and their progeny who spoke and wrote in the Language with which Adam arrived upon the earth. Ancient Aramaic or otherwise known as Hebrew. (This is not to be confused with the language spoken by Jews {Yiddish} and it must be understood that the Jews are NOT Hebrews). The Book of the Hebrews is in the new Testament. The languages mentioned above and the people who speak them can be traced back to the Aramaic or Hebrew origin and it is interesting to note that the word Brit-ain is actually two Hebrew words. (Brith-Ain) meaning “Covenant Land” and the word British is two Hebrew words meaning Covenant Man. Here again is the word “ish” for man (Adam). The history and destiny of the Adamic Race is far too extensive to be covered here and since it deals with the rise of the White Christian nations, it should be presented under what we call “National Identity” as distinct from “Racial identity”. It seems that many persons confuse race with nationality. In merely hitting the high spots in such a short space as we have available, we will cover another area of great misunderstanding amongst Christians. It is the Flood in the days of Noah. Orthodoxy has held the belief that the deluge of Genesis was universal, covering the entire globe. According to a careful analysis of certain facts of Scripture, recorded facts of Egyptian and Chinese history, as well as facts presented by the physical sciences, such a universal deluge was an impossibility. Let us analyze the data. According to Usher’s Bible Chronology, the flood occurred in the year 2348 BC. This is correct to within about 4 years as Mr. Davidson has found in his careful analysis of Chinese, Babylonian, Hebrew and Egyptian records. The correct date for this flood is from November 1, 2345 BC. (genesis 7:11) to November 11, 2344 BC. (genesis 8:14). If this flood had been universal and only Noah’s family of 8 persons survived over the entire globe, one is hard pressed to explain the flourishing country of ancient Chaldea with a large population only 350 years later (2000 BC. - about the time of Abraham’s birth). We read in the 12^th Chapter of Genesis that Abraham had been called into Canaan and went at once into Egypt to buy grain and there too, was established a great civilization and a dense population. This could not have been possible had Egypt been destroyed by the flood of Noah’s day.

The Great Pyramid of Egypt was built before the flood. If as some believe, it was built later by Shem or Melchizedek, how could Egypt have furnished the Pyramid builders with the necessary manpower? If all men were destroyed, where could Egypt find the 100,000 people required to raise the Pyramid? Is it reasonable to believe that Noah’s family of 8 persons, in some two or three centuries, peopled Egypt and other areas with such extravagant populations?

Noah is in the genealogy of the Adamic Race or descended from Adam. The Bible tells us that Noah was “pure in his generations”. The word “generation” translated from the Greek means “progeny” or “race”. As one becomes familiar with the importance of “racial Identity” it will be seen that biblical references such as the above serve as definite guideposts. This particular reference established that Noah had kept the race-line pure and that his entire surviving family were all of the Adamic race. (genesis 6:9) Orthodoxy holds that, since all men except Noah’s family were destroyed, all persons of all races had to proceed from these 8 family members. This is hardly in keeping with God’s law “…whose seed was life in itself, after his kind; and God saw that it was good”. We cannot intelligently accept that God would deliberately break His own laws and bring the entirely different races from the same white parents.

Professor Sayce found in an 18^th Egyptian Dynasty tomb (dates about 1700 BC) painting of Negroes as they are today; pictures of white-skinned Aryans, brown-skinned Egyptians and typical Mongolians. These 4 types of races have remained the same during the 36 centuries since then. Is it reasonable to suppose that these 4 types could have developed during the 6 preceding centuries and from only 8 white-skinned survivors of the flood?

On the ceiling of the Temple of Dendera in Upper Egypt, was found one of the now-existing ancient representations of the constellations of the Zodiac. It was engraved in copper and on it we find the various star clusters, all grouped into constellations and represented by human or animal figures - such as Virgo, Gemini, Cassiopeia, etc. All major groups represented by human figures portray the Caucasian or Aryan type, entirely different from the Egyptian. All evidence shows that the Egyptians were a separate people who lived in the Valley of the Nile for over 50,000 years before Christ, as Professor Breasted has found. They lived a primitive existence until the Pyramid age. At that time the Aryan race came among them and, it has been learned from the ruins, this is when the Egyptian civilization suddenly burst forth.

The flood, in Noah’s day, took place in 2345 BC. This fell in the reign of Pepi II, between the 25^th and 26^th Sed Festivals. There had been an uninterrupted succession of Kings for 1247 years for the first twelve Egyptian Dynasties and an uninterrupted series of Sed Festivals from 3378 BC to 2057 BC. The Great Pyramid studies of Prof. Davidson establish this as authentic history. Egypt, therefore, could have felt nothing of Noah’s flood and knew nothing about it until the story was brought to them years later by survivors.

When people argue that the flood was universal, they refer to genesis 7 which tells that all but Noah and those who were with him in the Ark perished. Verse 4, God speaks to Noah “…every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth.” The Hebrew word for ‘earth’ is ‘eh-rets’ (or Arratz) meaning ‘that country’ or that land. It did not mean the entire earth. This same word arratz is translated incorrectly in genesis 4:14 where Cain says “Behold, thou has driven me out this day from the face of the earth.” The Bible makes it clear that Cain was not driven from the face of the earth because genesis 4:16 tells us that Cain went out from the presence of the Lord and dwelt in the land of Nod, East of Eden. The flood covered only that part of the land in which the Adamites (descendants of Adam) lived and who had sinned against God by mongrelizing with the other races.

We have been told to search the Scripture and when we do, we find that the Bible is the history of the Adamic or White race. It is not only the means by which we establish our true racial and national Identity but it also unfolds for us the vital knowledge of our enemy’s identity. Jesus identified them for us in His day and traced them back to the beginning of the Bible. He identified them as the offspring of Cain, who murdered Abel. Cain was the progeny of Eve’s seduction by Satan - Cain was the progeny of “that wicked one” (1^st john 3:12). This makes Cain a progeny of the devil. It is from the Cain-line that we have the so-called white Jew, Cain being the first of that type.

Satan had previously mixed his seed with the pre-Adamic races thus producing Asiatic Jews and black Jews. The seduction of Eve was a transgression of Divine law and for this, Adam and Eve were severely rebuked. Having been brought to the earth from the Celestial planes as the family of God, the instruction was to keep the family line pure. There was to be no race mixing! It was intended by God that His family, put on this earth in flesh bodies but born of the Spirit, would, through purity of Spirit and obedience to Divine law, bring order and righteousness to a world laboring under the rule of Satan. The fall of Eve enabled Satan to place his children among us. In john 8, Jesus says to these people, “I am from above and ye are from beneath; I am from My Father and ye are of your father, and your father is the devil; he was a liar and a murderer from the beginning and your father’s works will ye do.” matthew 23:33, Jesus says, “…Ye serpents, ye generation (race) of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?” When calling the Jews a “generation of vipers” Jesus is correctly saying, “Ye race of devils”. The proper translation for the word generation is “race”. Jesus was not speaking to His own people when He made these accusations - for Jesus was not a Jew. He called them the children of Satan therefore if He were one of them, He would be an offspring of Satan by His own words. Then how could He be your God? Is your God a progeny or offspring of Satan? We urge you to search the Scriptures. You will find a true sense of direction and purpose. This purpose is to bring Christ’s Kingdom (Government) to this earth. We have had that government here in this new Jerusalem (the U.S.A.) since the days of our Founding fathers. Are we keeping it? Are we OCCUPYING until He comes? Let us reinstate Jesus Christ at the head of this nation and its Christian government.

We must understand that Jesus Christ is the Creator of the Universe. He is the one and only God and the Living God. Ya-veh is His ancient Name, translated by the Greeks to Ya-shua or Ya-zeus, then translated to the English JESUS. He said, “When ye have seen Me, ye have seen the Father. The Father and I are ONE.” He taught us to pray “Our Father which art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven”. This is why we are here. This is why we must know our IDENTITY! We will then know the enemies of our God and the blindness will be off of His people Israel (issue ruling with God). Christ’s-sons or Christians are the sons and daughters of the LIVING GOD. We are in that land where this fact would be revealed according to Divine prophecy.

ERROR BY OMISSION

 

 

Christian law teaches that “sin” is error or transgression of the Law. Sin can be error by “commission or error by omission”.

Have Governors and Legislatures of the once sovereign States of this Union committed sin by “omission”? Here are some examples which might let the reader reach his or her own conclusion:

A President of these United States ordered federal troops into the sovereign (?) State of Arkansas and thereby replaced the Executive (Governor) of that State with a military (federal) officer. The people of Arkansas elected their Governor and only the people of Arkansas can legally or lawfully replace their Governor. The President therefore violated Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution which reads: “The United States (federal government) shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican form of government, and shall protect each of them (the States, ed.) against invasion, and on application of the legislature or the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened), against domestic violence." The same violation occurred in Mississippi and in Alabama. Neither the legislatures nor the Governors of these States made application to the federal government for protection against “domestic violence”. Use of federal power by the President or any federal official was a clear violation of that official’s oath of office to uphold, preserve and defend the Constitution, specifically Article IV, Section 4. Violation of the oath of office constitutes malfeasance and misfeasance in office and is a “felony” (a criminal act, ed.).

Section 1385, Title 18, U.S. Code reads: “Whoever, excepting in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution, or by an Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a Posse Comitatus (police force, ed.), or otherwise, to enforce the laws, shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than two years or both.”

It is a felony for anyone, including the President, to violate the U.S. Criminal Code. The President or any other official of government is NOT ABOVE THE LAW. Article II, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution reads: “The President, Vice-President and all civil officers of the United States shall be removed (from office, ed.) on impeachment for and conviction of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors”. (Impeachment means “bringing the charge”).

Section 4 of Title 18, U.S. Code (Misprision of Felony) reads: “Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a Court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than three years or both.”

Article I, Section 5 of the U.S. Constitution gives the House of Representatives sole power of impeachment (bringing a charge against the President). Section 4 of Title 18, U.S. Code, makes this (impeachment) MANDATORY upon individual members of the House of Representatives when any members KNOWS that a crime has been committed by the President or other civil officers of the United States. Once a Congressman knows or has been advised (notified) of such crime it is his DUTY to bring impeachment proceedings against any civil officers of the United States involved.

His failure to bring the charge (impeach) subjects the Congressman to arrest under provisions of Section 4, Title 18, U.S. Code (Misprision of Felony). Congress and even Grand Juries of the people may indict and demand Courts-Martial of military officers who have similarly violated their oath of office which is to uphold, defend and preserve the CONSTITUTION against all enemies whomsoever, both foreign and domestic. Military officers have only promised to obey LAWFUL orders of their superiors and an order to violate the Constitution is NOT A LAWFUL ORDER and need not, and should not be obeyed by any military officer of the United States. A military officer is an officer of the United States by LAW (Act of Congress) and he need not receive military orders from any civilian or civil officer at any time nor under any circumstances. He is not under oath to support or uphold or defend anything BUT THE CONSTITUTION!

When a President unlawfully invaded the State of Mississippi with federal troops, it was explained that Section 332, Title 10 of the U.S. Code gave such authority. This statute reads: “Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstruction, combinations, or assemblages or rebellion against the authority of the United States makes it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State or territory by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into federal service such of the militia of any State and use such armed forces as he considers necessary to enforce the laws or to suppress the rebellion.”

In order for this statute (Section 332, Title 10) to be valid, there must have been a LAW (Act of a legislative body) to be enforced under the specific conditions. In the instance of crimes committed by federal officials in Mississippi, Arkansas and Alabama, this statute is NOT valid because no LAW was being enforced. Those who would use this statute as an excuse, then claim that COURT ORDERS or rulings of courts are LAWS. This is a fallacy! Where in the Constitution is the Judiciary given any power to MAKE A LAW or to LEGISLATE? The Congressman who holds to such a position is talking himself out of a job, for if the Judiciary can legislate (make laws) then we would not need the Congressmen and they should be so advised and be left home at the next elections. The Constitution does NOT give the judiciary power even to ‘interpret” the Constitution! Only the power to “rule on cases at law” and no more. A ruling of a court upon a case at law is NOT the law of the land and never has been. Furthermore, the above mentioned statute (Sec. 332, Title 10) is an “Act of Congress” and an Act of Congress CANNOT AMEND THE CONSTITUTION. Only the States, who are the parties to the contract, may amend the Constitution; therefore Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution REMAINS IN EFFECT and HAS BEEN VIOLATED when federal forces invade a State as has been done in Arkansas, Alabama, and Mississippi.

At this point of our article we come to the matter of ERROR BY OMISSION. For purposes of better understanding, we will include some repetition here. Repetition is needed in this instance. The GOVERNORS and the LEGISLATURES of the States of Arkansas, Mississippi and Alabama are GUILTY OF SIN BY OMISSION. To support this charge, we submit the following:

Under basic Christian Law, the Constitution of these United States is a CONTRACT (compact) between the separate, sovereign STATES of the union. The federal government is an agent of the States under the contract and is SUBORDINATE to the parties of the contract (the States). That which is created is not above the creator. The States created the federal government and the federal government has only those powers granted to it by the States in the contract (Constitution), all other powers being retained by the States and the people. The office of Governor of sovereign States existed BEFORE the Union had a President and the Governors are sovereign Military Commanders of their respective States, with LAWFUL military power as the Commanders of their State Militia (National Guard). A Governor of a State is the sole power for the declaration of martial law in his State. The President of the United States is Commander-in-Chief of the federal Army and Navy by TITLE ONLY and NOT BY RANK. He is a “civilian” and has NO MILITARY POWER unless and until Congress declares war. He is a civilian and has no constitutional power to order the militia of the several States into the service of the United States. This power is given only to the Congress by the Constitution. Neither the Congress, the Judiciary nor the federal Executive (President) have power to AMEND or alter the contract between the States known as the Constitution. This contract requires three fourths of the States (Legislatures) to effect its amendment. The parties to the contract are the only ones who may amend or alter the contract and the federal government is NOT A PARTY TO THE CONTRACT. No power relative to education is given the federal government in the Constitution, therefore usurpation of power not granted is in violation of the 9^th and 10^th Amendments to the Constitution and is a violation of the oath of office of federal officials (including Congress) who attempt such usurpation of power not granted by the States.

When officials of the Federal government violate the Constitution or the laws of a sovereign State, the governor of that State has the lawful power to declare martial law in that State. In such instances, all officials of government including federal judges, federal defense department officials, justice department officials and all others who violate the laws of the State or who violate the military orders of the Commander-in-Chief of the military forces of the State (the Governor), can be arrested either in person or in absentia for violations of the laws of that State which is under martial law as declared by the governor of the State.

To make the thesis of this article complete, the Governors of Arkansas, Mississippi and Alabama could have issued the following Proclamation. Did they do it? NO! Therefore they committed SIN BY OMISSION! This could have done:

 

“The following EXECUTIVE ORDER is effective this date in the sovereign State of _______________”:

1. The Constitution of the United States of America is a contract between the separate, sovereign States of the Union: and
2. The federal government, including all of its branches and agencies are subordinate creations of the States of the Union by the contract known as the Constitution of the United States of America, the federal government having been created by said States of the Union; and
3. The federal government has only those powers granted to it by the States in the contract known as the Constitution and all others not specifically enumerated in the contract, the federal government does NOT have; and
4. The GOVERNORS of the sovereign States of the Union existed prior to the existence and authority for a President of the United States and said Governors had and yet have MILITARY POWER as the Commanders of their respective State Militia: and
5. The President of the United States is a “civilian” WITHOUT MILITARY POWER unless and until the CONGRESS declares a state of war; that his powers as Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Navy are by “TITLE” only and NOT BY RANK; the contract between the States (the Constitution) gives only the CONGRESS the power to order the militia of the several States into the service of the United States; and
6. Neither the federal Congress, the federal Judiciary nor the federal Executive have the power to amend or alter the contract known as the Constitution; and
7. Usurpation of any power not granted to the federal government by the contract known as the Constitution is a violation of the oath of office of any federal official; and
8. WHEREAS, by the authority granted to me as the Chief Executive and Military Commander of the Militia (National Guard) of the sovereign State of ________________, I hereby declare my authority to issue a declaration of MARTIAL LAW in the State of _________________, at any time without further notice. At the moment such declaration is made, all civil law and civil procedures cease to exist in the State of _____________ and all persons within the borders of _______________ are subject to such Martial Law; and
9. All personnel of the ____________________ Militia (National Guard) are subject to the orders and commands of the GOVERNOR of the State of _______________, said military personnel of the _________________ National Guard may not be ordered into the service of the United States by other than the Congress of the United States. Said military personnel will obey orders of their lawful superior, the Governor of the State of ________________ only, any violations of said orders will subject said military personnel to trials by Courts-Martial in the State of _________________; and
10. Upon the declaration of Martial law by the Governor of the sovereign State of ______________, all officials of government, both State and federal, will be subject to the laws of the State of ________________ and shall be arrested upon interference with the conduct of martial law in the State of ______________ either in person or in absentia. Any representative of government officials who have been placed under military arrest in absentia will be considered to be the person of the official represented and upon entrance within the borders of the State of _____________ will be subject to military arrest as though he were the person under arrest in absentia.

All persons arrested in absentia under any declaration of Martial law in the State of __________ will be brought to the State of ___________ under provisions of Article IV, Section 2, Clause 2 of the Constitution of the United States, for trail by military Courts-Martial in the State of __________________;

WHEREAS no powers have been granted to the federal government with respect to education, all acts of federal officials including judges of the federal judiciary, officials of the Executive Branch of the federal government and any other persons not authorized by ____________ Law, who interfere in the educational system of this State, will be arrested and tried in the State of _________________.

Now, good readers, just what do you think would have happened if such an Executive Order had been issued by the Governor of any of the States which were unlawfully invaded by federal forces? ABOUT TAXES - why do we not amend our State Constitutions to fix the amount of dollars that can be spent by State and Municipal governments annually and then require government to budget within the dollars available? Why do we permit government to do what we as individuals may not do - set the budget and then tax the people to meet the budget? Can we operate our personal business in this manner?

THE TRUTH ABOUT BRITISH ISRAEL

 

 

There seems to be a great deal of misunderstanding about the so-called “British Israel”, whatever it might be. When one mentions the word “Israel” in relation to the Bible, and particularly when one attempts to identify the true Israel of the Bible, others who disagree will immediately say, “Oh, that is British Israel”. When they are asked “What is British Israel?” they cannot answer.

If they can attempt an answer, they present the propaganda of the enemies of Jesus Christ and the smear that has been placed upon a former group or association of some kind who they say are “subversive”. As far as we can see, there have been serious theological errors propounded as “British Israel”. For instance, some claim that British Israel claimed that only Anglo-Saxons constitute all of the “House of Israel” (with the exception of the tribe of Judah who they believed were Jews). If this be true, we would disagree with British Israel in that we know that ALL of the white-Christian nations make up the “House of Israel”. These are not only the Anglo-Saxons but the Scandinavian, Nordic, Basque, Lombard and Germanic peoples. The Germanic peoples are the true House of JUDAH and no “Jew” of today has descended from Abraham’s stock (Israelites) NOR FROM THE HOUSE OF JUDAH OR THE TRIBE OF JUDAH!

Most of the battle that exists in some areas of the “right wing” movement against British Israel however, is uncalled for. Like any other group of Christians, they are all anticommunist, opposed to the United Nations and are classified by the Jews as being anti-Jewish. Anyone acquainted with the world communist-socialist conspiracy, knows that it is a Jewish conspiracy. This is not the hour for division amongst those who would stand for Christ and Country in this struggle.

Ample volumes of Jewish literature establishes that they (the Jews) know that the white Christian nations are Israel and that the Jews are NOT Israel, even though this might be the opposite of what has been erroneously taught to Christians for many centuries. In fact, JESUS Christ himself made it clear that the Jews are NOT Israel when He said, “I come not but for the lost sheep of the House of Israel” and then He said to the Jews that they (the Jews) are not His sheep. If His sheep are the House of Israel and the Jews are NOT His sheep, then the Jews cannot be the House of Israel. If the Jews are the Israelites, then Jesus Christ would be a liar - and when Clergymen preach that Jesus Christ is a Jew, they do err and make the Word of God of no effect.

It is apparent that the critics of so-called British Israel do not criticize their Baptist, Methodist, Presbyterian, Lutheran, Episcopalian, Roman Catholic and other denominational friends, who in the error of their theology, make the Jews God’s Chosen people and Jesus Christ a Jew, when all the truth of the Holy Scripture says otherwise.

One can best evaluate the truth and sincerity of people today in the struggle to save America, by what that person is doing and saying with an unswerving approach year in and year out against the common enemy. Sometimes the best evaluation of the truth can be determined by the animosity, fear and hatred that is directed against it by the Anti-Defamation League, B’nai B’rith (ADL), the A.D.A. members of the Communist Party and their “fronts”.

A STORY ABOUT A FLAG

 

I once wrote a book which had a religious background. When it came time to design the cover of the book, something made me include the Confederate flag along with the Statue of Liberty. I cut the photo of the Statue of Liberty in order that only 13 stars appeared. I wanted the same number of stars that appeared on the Confederate Flag.

Somehow a vision kept appearing and the story of the Israelites leaving Egypt was ever in my mind. I remembered that there were originally 12 tribes of Israel when Abraham’s children returned to the land of Egypt where their ancestors had been many years before. I recalled that in the days of Enoch and Job, 144,000 of the sons of God had gone into the land of Egypt from the upper Tarim basin where Eden was located. There they had built the great city called “On”. They built great libraries and the centers of learning. It was then that they were known as the Hyksos Shepherd Kings. The Name of their God was YA-VEH and shortened in the changes of language to the word YA. As a result the people were sometime referred to as Ar-Ya which means children of Ya. Today we would say Aryan. Today we also sing Hallelujah or Hail Ya.

As this picture continued in my mind, I saw the marriage of Joseph to the daughter of the High Priest of the City of On and the two sons by this marriage Ephraim and Manasseh. I saw Jacob crossing his hands and blessing these two sons saying “Upon these two lads shall my name Israel be called”. I recalled that this action made two tribes of the tribe or House of Joseph. It also made the total of the tribes of Israel 13 instead of the original twelve. As my vision continued, I saw Moses leading the 13 tribes of Israel out of Egypt. I saw him place the tribe of Levi (Priesthood) in the center. There were three tribes on the East, three on the West, three on the North and three on the South. All tribes had their standards before their tents.

As I looked more closely I saw that the standards were the twelve signs of the Zodiac and then I remembered my studies of the History of the great Viking Kings of Scandinavia with the twelve signs of the Zodiac behind their great banquet tables. Did they know that they were part of the so-called “Lost tribes of Israel” who had gone North and West through the Caucasus and had become known as Caucasians?

My vision of a Flag continued as I stared at the Flag of the Confederacy. I saw a great Cross and it covered the field of red. The Cross was blue and it contained 13 stars. There was one star in the center, three on the East, three on the West, three on the North and three on the South. This is the same position that Moses placed the tribes of Israel upon their departure from Egypt.

Then one day I visited some friends in the South. Driving through the great Bible belt, I saw the flag of Jesus Christ and Christianity as the State symbol of Mississippi. Then on through to Alabama where it flew over the capitol at Montgomery. It was the same Flag. The flag of the children of Adam or the Adamic race. Here they were fighting again to preserve their racial inheritance. They know not why. I suddenly remembered the Apostle Paul where in the Book of Romans he asked “Who are the Israelites”? Then his reply in the book of Galatians “If ye be Christ’s (Christian) then ye be Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise”. As I visited with some men whom I had not met before, they were looking at the cover of my book. One suddenly said, “You are not a Southerner but a Westerner. Why did you put the Confederate Flag on the cover of your book?” Before I could think, I answered. It came from the blue. My question to him was instantaneous. “How many stars do you see on the Cross?” He said “Thirteen.” I then asked “Why are there 13 stars on the Cross of the Confederate flag when there were only ELEVEN Confederate States?” His answer was a blank stare. So - this is my story about a Flag. A Flag that will fly forever.
