FOR YOUR INFORMATION - The Pastor of the MINISTRY OF CHRIST CHURCH, Rev. William P. Gale, is a retired Army Officer, having served on the War Department General Staff in Washington, D.C. and on the staff of General Douglas MacArthur for nearly seven years. Col. Gale was one of the youngest officers of his rank in the Army Ground Forces (INFANTRY) during World War II. He has attended most of the major Service Schools and received Graduate Studies at Yale University. Col. Gale was the “write-in” candidate of the CONSTITUTION PARTY for Governor of the State of California in 1958. As a Clergyman, he has been acutely aware of the real source of communism in the United States as well as in other areas of the world. IDENTITY MAGAZINE is dedicated not only to the preservation of the U.S. Constitution but to its ENFORCEMENT.

The Constitution is a CONTRACT between the sovereign STATES of the Union. The “federal government” is an AGENT of those States and has ONLY those powers granted by the STATES and ENUMERATED in the contract. For instance, we are told that the Supreme court has the power to INTERPRET the Constitution. If this were so, then that power would be ENUMERATED in the document. IT IS NOT!! Therefore the Supreme Court does NOT have that power. Let us look at the Constitution. It gives the Supreme Court (and the Judiciary) the power to “RULE ON CASES AT LAW” - and a “case at law” is one where a “law” or an “act of a legislative body comes in to question”. The ruling of the Court is to be based upon the Constitution as the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND and their ruling is the law for that case and nothing more. In short, the Courts may NOT make “law”. If they were to do so, we would not need LEGISLATURES. Those who claim that Court Orders or so-called Court decisions are the LAW, should not be elected to offices of government and particularly to a legislative office, Judges who claim that their rulings are “the law” should be impeached for violation of their oath of office to uphold, preserve and defend THE CONSTITUTION.

It is our opinion that the Military Service Schools of this nation have FAILED in their responsibility to teach future officers the CONSTITUTION which they are under oath to uphold, preserve and defend against all enemies whomsoever, either foreign OR DOMESTIC. These men have done a magnificent job in defending the nation from foreign enemies (?) - but they have failed completely in their defense against DOMESTIC enemies of the Constitution. In fact, some of these “enemies” of the constitution are IN THE GOVERNMENT! Some of them have been elected to office and many of them have been APPOINTED to office. When will the Military and Naval Officers of this nation become AWARE of the fact that they need NOT take orders from these elected or appointed officials? Also that an order to VIOLATE the Constitution is NOT a “LAWFUL” order and need not be obeyed!

It has taken us a year to get moved from Southern California to the Mariposa area where we have established the National HQ. Of the Ministry of Christ Church and the IDENTITY movement. During that time we could not publish the quarterly issues of IDENTITY.

We are now reorganized and will publish quarterly as in the past. We wish to express our appreciation for your patience and we hope that you will continue your support as you have in the past.

Our NEW ADDRESS is 4241 USONA ROAD, MARIPOSA, CA 95338. This is a 100 acre National HQ. With facilities for National Seminars as well as other functions of the Church. It is in the beautiful Mother Lode area of the high Sierra Nevada mountains of California. Your free will offering of financial support will be appreciated since IDENTITY is mailed without subscription fee. Our mailings are 3rd class so we DO need your Zip Code.

NATIONAL IDENTITY SEMINARS - At Manasseh Ranch, the National HQ of the Ministry of Christ Church. Mariposa County is the Mother Lode county of California where gold was first discovered in the West. It is near Yosemite National Park in the high Sierra-Nevada mountains. Those who attend should bring a motor-home, truck camper, travel or tent-trailer, since we emphasize self-reliance. There are no sleeping or dining facilities at the ranch. We do have water and electrical hook-ups for RV’s and an outdoor barbecue area with refrigeration and freezers. Toilet and showers are available. The Mid-fork of the Chowchilla river traverses the ranch and we have a small lake. Attendance is by accepted application only. The seminars are not open to the public but those we know need not receive specific approval. If we do not know you, then approval is required. A schedule of religious services will be made available upon your arrival.

MARCH - 1978 - Friday the 24th of March thru Sunday, 26 March.

The Passover sunrise services will be conducted out of doors. We must have your application not later than March 20th 1978. Please complete the information requested on the application since it helps us plan space accommodations, etc.

JULY - 1978 - Saturday the 1st of July thru Tuesday the 4th of July.

Application deadline is the 26th of June 1978. PLAN YOUR TRIP NOW! Include time to visit Yosemite National park which is nearby. It is a beautiful sight to behold.
