Continued

In Vol. 7 No. 1 issue of Identity, we began the Michigan Story. Our report covered the actions of Rev. James W. Freed and Rev. George Kindred, along with the Notices and Services made by them. The item continued was a Notice and Service on behalf of James W. Freed and George L. Kindred who are citizens of the County of Livingston, the State of Michigan and the United States of America.

The authority for service of this Notice is contained in the Christian Common Law of these United States, and the Constitution of Michigan and the Constitution of the United States of America which stem form the aforementioned Christian Common Law.

YOU ARE HEREBY SERVED WITH NOTICE OF THE LAW IN ALL MATTERS CONCERNING THE ABOVE NAMED CITIZENS - JAMES W. FREED and GEORGE L. KINDRED - AS FOLLOWS:

11.    Miranda v. Arizona 384 US 436, 16 L. Ed. 2nd 694 S. Ct. 1602, 10 ALR 3rd 974, June 13th, 1966:

a.)     The American accusatory system of criminal justice demands that the government seeking to punish an individual, produce the evidence against him by its own independent labors, rather than by the expedient of compelling it from his own mouth.

b.)     Defendant’s Constitutional Rights have been violated if his conviction is based, in whole or in part on involuntary confession, regardless of its truth or falsity, even if there is ample evidence aside from confession to support conviction.

c.)     Fifth Amendment privilege is available outside of criminal court proceedings and serves to protect persons in all settings in which their freedom of action is curtailed from being compelled to incriminate themselves.

d.)     Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule-making or legislation which would abrogate them.

e.)     Fifth Amendment provision that individual cannot be compelled to be a witness against himself, cannot be abridged.

12.     An unconstitutional act of the legislature protects no one.  It is said that all persons are presumed to know the law, meaning that ignorance of the law excuses no one; if any person acts under an unconstitutional statute, he does so at his peril and must take the consequences. (Am Jur 2nd, Sec. 178, Constitutional Law).

13.     Neither the legislative, executive nor judicial departments can lawfully exercise any authority beyond the limits marked out by the Constitution. (Am Jur 2nd, Sec. 210; Scott v Sanford, 19 How US 393, 15 L. Ed. 691).

14.     An unconstitutional statute though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it; an unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed.  An unconstitutional law is void, it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection and justifies no acts performed under it.  An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law.  An unconstitutional statute cannot repeal or in any way affect an existing valid one.  The principles stated above apply to the Constitutions as well as to the laws of the several states insofar as they are repugnant to the Constitution of the United States.  Moreover, a construction of a statute which brings it in conflict with a Constitution will nullify it as effectually as if it had, in express terms, been enacted in conflict therewith. (16 Am Jur 2nd, Sec. 178, Constitutional Law).

15.     If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten or intimidate any citizen in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or if two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured; they shall be fined not more than $5,000.00 or imprisoned not more than 10 years or both. (Sec. 241, Title 18, U.S. Code; June 25, 1948, Ch. 645, 62 Stat. 696).

16.     Whoever, under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom willfully subjects any inhabitant of any State, Territory or district, to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, alien or by reason of his color or race than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined not more than $1,000.00 or imprisoned not more than one year or both.  (Sec. 242, title 18, U.S. Code; June 25, 1948, Ch. 645, 62 Stat. 696).

17.     We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by the Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.  Prudence, indeed will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.  That when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.  (Declaration of Independence  -  Adopted in Congress July 2nd, 1776 and signed July 4th, 1776).

18.     The history of the present Judiciary in the State of Michigan as well as in the United States, is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over the States and the body politic (people).  To prove this, let these facts be submitted to a candid world:

(1)     The Judiciary has usurped legislative powers not granted to the judicial branch of the government by the Constitutions of the State and of the United States.  By unlawful administrative acts and procedures, they have attempted to alter our form of government and to establish a “dictatorship of the courts” over the citizens of this Republic.  Under these unlawful rules and procedures, citizens have been arrested by Court Orders, intimidated, threatened and harassed with and without trial by jury or due process of law as guaranteed by the Constitutions of the States.  Under these unlawful rules and procedures the Judiciary has attempted to replace the lawfully elected Executives in State and County governments, thereby subverting the Constitutions of the States and the United States, all in violation of their respective Oaths of Office.  Citizens have been arrested, jailed and held unlawfully upon issuance of unlawful “court orders” and have thereby been unlawfully deprived of their unalienable God-given rights guaranteed under the Constitutions of the States and the United States.

(2)     The legislatures of both the States and the United States have enacted pretended statutes which are not in  pursuance of the Constitutions of the States and the United States, said statutes violating the unalienable rights guaranteed to citizens by the Constitutions.

(3)     The Executive branch of government has unlawfully usurped legislative and judicial powers by enacting administrative rules and regulations not in pursuance of the Constitutions of the States and the United States.  In many instances, executives have abdicated their lawfully mandated executive powers to the judiciary.  Sheriffs of local governments have permitted themselves to become mere “lackeys” of the courts rather than defenders of the law in their respective local jurisdictions.

19.    “Unalienable Rights” are defined as those which are God-given rights and which cannot be legally or justly alienated or transferred to another.  Since the rights of citizens are God-given, no government may alienate them.  The unlawful attempt by pretending legislation, administrative acts or rule-making by the judiciary or administrative acts of the executive, to alienate these God-given rights, is a violation of the citizen’s rights to the free exercise of the Christian religion and all such acts of the government are in violation of Amendment I, Constitution of the United States of America as well as the State of Michigan.  Amendment I, U.S. Constitution provides that no acts of a legislature may impair the FREE exercise of the Christian religion.  The word “free” is defined as in government, not enslaved; not subject to the arbitrary will of a sovereign or lord (nor a judge of a court); not arbitrary or despotic; not imprisoned, confined; not obstructed; unrestrained; not encumbered; exempt; not holding strictly to rule or form; and not under compulsion or control.

20.    Conclusion:  -  It is hereby charged that the “unalienable” civil and Constitutional rights of the said citizens JAMES W. FREED and GEORGE KINDRED have been violated by those persons to whom this notice and service is directed.  It is further charged that certain of those persons named have attempted by pretended rules and pretended legislation, to unlawfully alter the Republican form of government guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States and that said acts are criminal in nature and constitute a violation of their respective Oaths of office.

It is the duty of all County Sheriffs and local law enforcement officials to protect the citizens of their respective jurisdictions from unlawful acts, even though such unlawful acts may be committed by other officials of government. failure to obey the Oath of Office by an official of government leaves the people (body politic) no alternative other than to invoke the law of POSSE COMITATUS.

Executed this 16^th day of September, in the Year of Jesus Christ, 1972.

The Michigan story continues. In spite of all of the above notices and services, Circuit Court Judge Raymond C. Hotchkiss of Ingham County in Michigan issued an order for Freed and Kindred to appear and show cause why they should not be held in contempt of court. They answered by written service but as usual the judge didn’t approve of this. The Sheriffs of both counties had been notified in writing and by verbal notice as to their duties. Jim Freed was arrested BUT THIS TIME BY THE STATE POLICE - NOT the sheriffs. He was kidnapped again and taken to the local State Police Headquarters.

A local attorney was obtained who demanded two hours with his client at the local police station, then Mr. Freed was transported to the County Jail of Ingham County where he was held unlawfully, without trial by jury and without having been granted “due process.” He was finally released upon an Appeal Bond.

In the meantime, indignant citizens who had knowledge of the conspiracy and the violations of law by Michigan officials, impaneled a CITIZENS GRAND JURY. The notice of it being constituted is as follows:

CITIZENS GRAND JURY

WE, THE PEOPLE COMPRISING THE SEVERAL COUNTIES, STATE OF MICHIGAN:

Notice is hereby given that a GRAND JURY of the PEOPLE of the STATE OF MICHIGAN has been lawfully impaneled in pursuance of the NINTH AMENDMENT, CONSTITUTION OF THESE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; and in accordance with the Law of POSSE COMITATUS and the CHRISTIAN COMMON LAW, for the purpose of investigation into the matter of citizens JAMES W. FREED and GEORGE L. KINDRED.

IT HAS BEEN CHARGED that Circuit Court Judge RAYMOND C. HOTCHKISS of Ingham County, State of Michigan, has failed to perform his duties as a Judicial Officer of said State and County, in that he has conspired with the Michigan Department of Treasury and the Michigan Attorney General’s Office, et al, to violate his Oath of Office and has failed to perform his duty to “Uphold, preserve and defend the Constitution of the United States of America and the Constitution of the State of Michigan.”

FURTHER, said RAY C. HOTCHKISS has conspired with the Michigan Department of Treasury and the Michigan Attorney General’s Office, et al, for the purpose of depriving said citizens JAMES W. FREED and GEORGE L. KINDRED of their rights which are guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America. Said acts charged constitute CRIME, and violation of Federal Statutes which prohibit same.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that said RAY C. HOTCHKISS shall cease and desist in any and all actions which violate the Constitutional rights of said citizens JAMES W. FREED and GEORGE L. KINDRED;

AND FURTHER, that JAMES W. FREED, unlawfully held prisoner in the Ingham County jail, BE RELEASED FORTHWITH AND IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT CONDITIONS AND PREJUDICE.

TO WIT, Any Order of any Court which directs the arrest and confinement of any Citizen prior to his being granted “DUE PROCESS OF THE LAW” as guaranteed under the United States Constitution and the Constitution of Michigan and the Christian Common Law is UNLAWFUL and SHALL NOT BE ENFORCED by any Sheriff or other official of government in the State of Michigan.

THE CITIZEN’S POSSES of the State of Michigan is hereby delegated as the lawful ENFORCEMENT authority to insure compliance with this directive. The law of POSSE COMITATUS provides for the following prosecution of officials of government (Servants of the PEOPLE) who commit Criminal Acts or who violate their OATH OF OFFICE:

“He shall be removed by the Posse to a populated intersection of streets and at High Noon be there hung by the neck, the body remaining until Sundown, as an example to those who would subvert the LAW.”

It is noticeable that Michigan is not the only state with similar conditions. The State of California is similar and reports will continue as the situation develops in any state.

THE CHURCH MILITANT AND THE JEWS

The following material is extracted from a Catholic Monthly “The Point” published in Cambridge, Mass. The date - October, 1956. We are extracting because we do not have the space here to reprint the entire pamphlet - but present it as an item of interest to Christians of all denominations…QUOTE:

Some Front-line Reports - Late last month, Harvard University settled down to its academic year number three hundred and twenty. Although statistics are not yet available on the student body, we have it from an exceptionally reliable source that the University’s faculty is still more than fifty percent Gentile.

This measured majority of non-Jewish instructors however, is in no sense calculated to make the Jewish student uneasy - nor does it. For all of Harvard’s Gentile faculty members are well-schooled and long-practiced in giving their annual courses the anti-Christian, and thus inevitably the Jewish slant.

One such Harvard Gentile is Doctor Gordon Allport, professor of psychology, champion of UNESCO and pride of the University’s recent and bulging Social Relations Department. Among Doctor Allport’s more eloquent classroom lectures is the one which deals with the “anti-Semitism of the Saints.” In 1954, he incorporated this material in his book, the nature of Prejudice, and got Paul Blanshard’s publisher to distribute it for him.

At the risk of minor scandal, we shall be bold enough to say that in one aspect of his argument, Dr. Allport is not entirely wrong. He points out that it is in no sense exceptional with the Catholic Church’s Saints to “slip from piety into prejudice.” Since by prejudice Doctor Allport here means anti-Jewishness, we are bound to agree. In fact we have determined to illustrate the matter at some length this month, with pertinent stories and quotes from our files. The miscellaneous items which now follow, expanding the theme of “our anti-Jewish Saints,” may reveal even to Doctor Allport the enormity of the truth which however clumsily - he managed to stumble upon.

The most exalted of the Church’s Saints are, of course, her martyrs. And the very first martyr, as every parochial school student knows, was the deacon Saint Stephen.

After hearing Stephen’s denunciation of the Jews in Chapter Seven of the Acts of the Apostles, and after seeing the vengeful Jews stone him to death in the same chapter, a Catholic child is hardly surprised to learn that the chief of the Apostles, Saint Peter, was constantly preaching against the Jews, reprimanding them for killing Our Lord and that Saint Paul, who gloried in his title “The Apostle to the Gentiles,” complained in his First Epistle to the Thessalonians that the Jews “both killed the Lord Jesus, and the prophets, and have persecuted us, and please not God, and are adversaries to all men; prohibiting us to speak to the gentiles that they may be saved, to fill up their sins always: for the wrath of God is come upon them to the end.”

Similarly, Saint John, Our Lord’s favorite Apostle refers to the Jews as those “that say they are Jews (Judeans - Ed.) and are not, but are the “synagogue of Satan” - a statement which echoes the words of Our Lord Himself who in Saint John’s Gospel, tells the Jews they are the children of the devil.

Knowing that such precedents have been set by the Church’s very first Saints, Catholic children (and those who have become as little Catholic children) are prepared for what follows: the example of canonized Catholics, all down the Christian centuries, whose lives further illustrate, with an overwhelming variety of detail, that Saints and Jews just don’t mix!

California’s mission church of San Juan Capistrano dear to American folklore as a romantic haven to which the swallows annually and melodiously come back - is dedicated to a fifteenth century Franciscan friar known during his life and since as “the scourge of the Jews.”

How Saint Juan Capistran came by his admiring title is a record of fiery sermons, assiduous labors and incidental remarks - for instance, his unfollowed but unforgotten suggestion to the city of Rome that it round up all its Jews, herd them aboard ships, and deport them overseas.

When a Sacred Host was desecrated in the Polish city of Breslau, Saint John Capistran persuaded the King of Poland to revoke the pro-Jewish ordinances he had allowed and to order all Jews in Breslau imprisoned until the culprits are identified. Ultimately, 58 Jews were found guilty of the Host desecration and executed, whereupon the local rabbi hanged himself.

The Universal Jewish Encyclopedia (a work concocted at the expense of the U.S. Government, as a project of the W.P.A.) pays a tribute to Saint John Capistran’s efforts by including him in its select list of the greatest anti-Semites of all time.

The teachings and preachings of Saint Ambrose, fourth century Bishop of Milan, have so impressed the Church with their holy brilliance that he has been long designated one of the four Great Latin Doctors.

Among the utterances of this most learned teacher there are, not surprisingly, some stringent words concerning the Jews. “The very conversation with them is a great pollution” is one of the Ambrosian aphorisms.

Once, in a sermon at Milan, Saint Ambrose thundered so mightily against the synagogue, calling it “a house of impiety, a receptacle of folly which God Himself has condemned,” that his Milanese parishioners, on leaving the Cathedral, hurried over to the nearest Jewish temple and burned it to the ground. When the delegation of the city’s Jews and their friends protested the deed to Saint Ambrose, he brought them up short with the following notice: “I declare that I set fire to the synagogue, or at least that I ordered those that did it that there might not be a place where Christ was denied. If it be objected to me that I did not actually set the synagogue on the fire here, I answer that it began to be burnt by the judgment of God.”

On another occasion, when the Emperor Theodosius ordered a Bishop in the East to pay for the rebuilding of a demolished synagogue, Saint Ambrose, seeing Theodosius present in his Cathedral, refused to start mass until the emperor had promised to rescind the order.

If any of our current candidates for public office would like to know what qualities the Church thinks a ruler should have, he will find them exemplified in the canonized king for whom the city of Saint Louis, Missouri is named.

Ruling France from 1226 to 1270, King Louis IX stood as a beacon in the brightest of all Catholic centuries. The wisdom and justice of his public acts, together with his personal valor and devotion (He led the armies of the last two Crusades) are the legacy and legend of his country.

In his solicitude for both the earthly and eternal welfare of his subjects, Saints Louis was of course, a confirmed enemy of the Jews. His first recorded act against them was a decree, in 1230, prohibiting Jewish usurers from pursuing their lucrative occupation. Later he followed this up by prescribing that all French Christians who were indebted to Jews should slice one-third from the amount owed.

In June of 1242, Saint Louis set the style for other Catholic monarchs by ordering, at Paris, Europe’s first official public burning of the Talmud. Additional copies of the Jewish book were confiscated and burned by order of the King in 1244 and in 1248.

Even more blazingly expressive than his Talmud-fueled fires, however, is Saint Louis’ forthright advice to the laity of France regarding disputations with Jews: “I say to you,” he told them, “that no one, unless he be a very good cleric, should argue with them; but the layman, when he heareth the Christian law reviled, should not defend it but by his sword, wherewith he should pierce the body of the reviler as far as it will go."

The Basilica of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Boston, the Church of the Holy Redeemer in Detroit and Saint Alphonsus Church in New Orleans are three of the more than one hundred beautiful churches throughout the country which are staffed by the priests of the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer. These Redemptorist Fathers, as they are popularly called, belong to an order which was founded in Italy in the eighteenth century by an Italian Bishop and Doctor of the Church, Saint Alphonsus Maria de Liguori. And to the embarrassment of the more liberal Redemptorists, Saint Alphonsus Maria is true to traditional form on the question of the Jews.

In previous issues, we have cited Saint Alphonsus’ prohibitions against Catholic patronage of Jewish physicians, and against Catholic support of Jewish candidates for public office. But like all the Church’s official theologians, Saint Alphonsus lashes out against the Jews for that supernatural, New Testament reason: their betrayal and crucifixion of Our Lord. The Saint treats extensively on this betrayal in his book, The Passion and Death of Jesus Christ, and we quote the following passage from page 198 of Father Eugene Grimm’s authorized translation, bearing the Imprimatur of the late Cardinal Hayes, Archbishop of New York.

“Saint Luke says that Pilate delivered Jesus into the hands of the Jews that they might treat Him as they pleased. Jesus was delivered up to their will. (Luke xxiii, 25). This is what really happens when an innocent man is condemned. He is given over to the hands of his enemies, that they may take away his life by the death which is most pleasing to them. Unhappy Jews! you then said, “His blood be upon us and upon our children.” (Matthew xxvii, 25). You have prayed for the chastisement; it has already come. Your nation bears, and shall bear to the end of the world, the punishment due to the shedding of that innocent blood.”

“Marrano” is a Spanish word meaning swine. It is also a word used to identify that familiar figure of the Spanish Middle Ages; the Jew who had held his head over a Baptismal font and was pretending to be a Christian while remaining at heart a dedicated enemy of Jesus Christ.

So many were there of this breed, that during the early fifteenth century the professedly Jewish population of Spain dwindled from 5,000,000 members to 200,000. Except for the handful who were genuinely converted, the bulk of the four million odd missing Jews had become Marranos. In the guise of Catholics they crowded into, and crowded Gentiles out of every phase of Spanish life. Not only were they the merchants and money-lenders of the country, its lawyers and physicians and apothecaries, they had finally come to dominate the royal court. Even the Church was beginning to buckle under the influence they exerted as monks, as priests, and, in ever increasing numbers as bishops.

Inevitably, Christian Spain awake to the stark realization that the “converted Jews” in their midst had not been converted at all; that, indeed, they still hated the Catholic Church with the congenital fury of their race and longed to see her devastated - a work they were now terrifyingly equipped to accomplish.

In 1478, Queen Isabella of Spain (the same who later sent Columbus on his voyage to the New World) shaking off her Jewish councilors, petitioned Pope Sixtus IV to authorize the establishment of an Inquisition for the purpose of exposing secret Jews. The effectiveness of this Spanish Inquisition may be gauged by the frenzy with which the Jews have been denouncing it ever since.

Though the anti-Jewish Queen Isabella (who was eventually obliged, in 1492, to expel all Jews from Spain) has not been canonized, one of the first Inquisitors has been. He is Saint Peter Arbues, and so notably well did he do his job of finding and foiling the Marranos that they murdered him. A few weeks ago, on September 17, Catholic religions all over the world heard this commemoration read from the roman Martyrology: “At Saragossa in Spain, of Saint Peter Arbues, first Inquisitor of the Faith in the Kingdom of Aragon, who was cruelly butchered by relapse Jews for the sake of that Catholic Faith which he has so zealously protected by virtue of his office, Pope Pius IX added him to the list of martyr Saints.”

Four hundred years before the brutal attacks on Saint Peter Arbues, another Saint, Pope Gregory VII had been forced into action against the Jews of Spain. In 1081, Saint Gregory wrote to King Alphonso VI of Castile, “You must cease to allow Jews to rule over Christians… For to allow Christians to be subordinate to Jews, and to be subject to their judgment, is the same as to oppress God’s Church and to exalt the Synagogue of Satan. To wish to please the enemies of Christ means to treat Christ Himself with contempt.”

We neglected to say at the outset of this issue that when Harvard’s Doctor Allport was looking around for a particular Saint to illustrate his “piety and prejudice” theme, he chose that giant among the Church’s theologians, Saint John Chrysostom. Ever since the early fifth century, John Chrysostom has been a name to terrorize the very boldest Jew in the ghetto. The Jewish Encyclopedia includes a special article on him, accusing him among so many other things, of saying that the “holy ark” which Jews now have in their synagogue is “no better than any wooden box offered for sale in the market.”

The quotation from Saint Chrysostom which Doctor Allport selected for his book is a more famous one. It is taken from the Saint’s Six Homilies. Against the Jews, as found in Migne’s Greek Patrology.

From this work we reprint the passage on “the synagogue,” a striking summary of the Catholic position and a fitting conclusion for our miscellany of “holy bigotry.”

“The synagogue is worse than a brothel…it is the den of scoundrels, and the repair of wild beasts, the temple of demons devoted to idolatrous cults…a place of meeting for the assassins of Christ…a den of thieves, a house of ill fame, a dwelling of iniquity, a refuge of devils, a gulf and abyss of perdition…Whatever name even more horrible could be found will never be worse than the synagogue deserves.” 
 

Although we have no proof, we have heard many small rumors that the Catholic Priests who published the above material were subsequently harassed and all but ex-communicated by the hierarchy of the Church. In short, they were “silenced.” But were they?

CHILDREN OF GOD VS. CHILDREN OF SATAN

It seems strange that many Christians are unaware that Satan has physical children just as God has physical children. In some cases these people have been confused by their Clergy but in all cases it is simply that these people do not do as Jesus Christ said to do - search the Scripture and they DENY JESUS CHRIST!

The Bible is clear in its story of an age old conflict between the children of God and the children of Satan. It is also clear that Satan and his angels were cast out of the heavens (celestial realms) and were cast out to THE EARTH. Read Revelation 12:7-17 and read it so many times that it becomes clear. Anyone searching the Scripture will see that the “woman” is the people “Israel.” These are God’s children and are NOT the Jews but are the Anglo-Saxon, Scandinavian, Celtic, Lombard and German peoples of today.

Luke 3:38 makes it clear to anyone that ADAM is the SON OF GOD! There are many other references to God’s children. For example, the Book of Deuteronomy 32:19 refers to the provoking of HIS SONS AND HIS DAUGHTERS. In the book of Isaiah, 43:6 “bring My sons from afar and My daughters from the ends of the earth.” Isaiah 45:11 “Thus saith the Holy One of Israel…ask Me of things to come of My SONS.” Romans 8:14-16 says “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God they are the SONS OF GOD. The Spirit itself bears witness with our Spirit that WE ARE THE CHILDREN OF GOD.” Psalm 82:6 “I have said Ye are Gods and all of you are CHILDREN OF THE MOST HIGH.”

At this point it might be well to mention the fact that Adam (the SON of God) was the first of the white race upon this earth. This might shock those who are not familiar with “racial” IDENTITY as distinct from - “national” IDENTITY. Until this RACIAL Identity is understood, a student of the Bible will be confused. For instance in the Douay version 1950 edition, it says in Canticles, referring to Jesus Christ, that He is WHITE, ruddy and chosen out of thousands. Then in Wisdom it says the He is of THE RACE OF ADAM. So the race of Adam is white!

Since we have given some Scripture references to an identification of the children of God, it is well to continue in the bible for the references to the children of Satan. In Genesis 3:15, God tells Satan “I will put enmity between thee and the woman and between thy SEED and her SEED.” In both instances the word “seed” means descendants so it is clear that Satan has children. The Apostle Paul met one in Acts 13:6-10 and he didn’t hesitate to call him “thou child of the devil.” Jesus Himself made it very clear that certain people were the literal children of the devil. He told the parable of the tares in Matthew 13:24-39. In this He said, “He that soweth the good seed is the Son of Man (seed of Adam - Ed.) are the children of the kingdom but the tares are the children of the wicked one (Satan - Ed.)…the enemy that sowed them is the DEVIL…” Again in John 6:70 Jesus says: “Have I not chosen you twelve and one of you is a DEVIL?” (He spoke of the only Jew amongst them - Ed.)

Bible readers should read and re-read John 8:37-47. Verse 37 should be sought out in a Hebrew Lexicon to see that the translators left out two words in this passage. The two words are “ye say.” Verse 37 should read “I know that YE SAY that ye are Abraham’s seed; but ye seek to kill Me because My word has no place in you.” Yes, the Jews did claim to be Abraham’s seed but remember that Jesus also said that they are liars. When they said that Abraham was their father, Jesus says to them “If ye were the children of Abraham, ye would do the works of Abraham…but now ye seek to kill me…Ye do the works of YOUR father”…and when the Jews again falsely claimed that they were the children of God, Jesus says to them “If God were your Father ye would love Me…Ye are of your father THE DEVIL and the lusts of your father ye will do…He that is of God heareth God’s words, ye therefore hear them not because ye are NOT OF GOD!” When a clergyman tells the Christian people that the Jews are God’s chosen people he is saying the OPPOSITE from what JESUS said. One of the two must be a liar. This might sound like strong language but the time has come to expose the false and fraudulent teachings of the pastors and priests - those to whom Jeremiah said: “Woe unto your pastors who have led My sheep astray.”

The children of Satan have tried for ages to masquerade as God’s chosen people and to steal the inheritance of the race of Adam of which they are not a part. It is a shame that the true Israel of the Bible, the white Christian people now known NOT as Israel but by the Name of the one and only true God JESUS CHRIST - as CHRIST’S-SONS (Christians) DO NOT KNOW THEIR IDENTITY! Satan’s children have for ages tried to crush God’s people by force and subterfuge, keeping them blind as to their true IDENTITY. They have corrupted every government that has permitted them to partake of its blessings after it has commenced as a CHRISTIAN government. God gave us many warnings about these PHYSICAL children of Satan. In Deuteronomy 7:2-4, He said, “…smite them; make no covenants with them; nor show mercy unto them; neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son…for they will turn away thy son from following Me that they may serve other gods (O Israel, thy God is ONE God, thou shalt have no other gods before thee - Ed.)…burn their graven images with fire…FOR THOU ART A HOLY PEOPLE unto thy God; thy God has chosen thee to be a SPECIAL people unto Himself ABOVE all people that are upon the face of the earth.”

It is time that Christian clergymen stop trying to please the enemies of Jesus Christ. These enemies have done everything in their power to have the Name of Jesus Christ, the true God of the true Israelites (NOT JEWS) - removed from our schools and from our government. II Corinthians tells us of the preachers and the clergy who have been corrupted when it says “For such are FALSE apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ…”(11:13-15) These preachers tell us not to offend the children of Satan who they say are God’s chosen people. Isaiah also warned us clearly when he said “For the leaders of this people cause them to err and they that are led of them are destroyed.” Isaiah 9:16. Jeremiah also made it clear that these false preachers who say that the children of Satan are God’s chosen people do this for their own gain and that they shall fall. Read Jeremiah 6:10-15 where he says: “To whom shall I speak and give warning that they may hear?…from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one is given to covetousness; and from the prophet even unto the priest every one deals falsely…” Again to Isaiah 56:10-11, “His watch men are blind; they are all ignorant; they are dumb dogs they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down loving to slumber yes…and they are shepherds that cannot understand…they all look to their own way, every one for his own gain.” Back to Jeremiah 5:31 “The prophets prophesy falsely and the priests bear rule by their means…” Ezekiel in Chapter 13 also says “Son of Man (Adam); prophecy against the prophets of Israel that prophesy…Woe unto the foolish prophets that follow their own spirit and have seen nothing…O Israel, thy prophets are like the foxes in the deserts…” Psalm 74:4 tells us “Thine enemies roar in the midst of thy congregations” while Jesus Christ also warned us in Mark 3:27 when He said: “No man can enter into a strong man’s house and spoil his goods except he sill first bind the strong man and then he will spoil his house.”

Although most of God’s own children have forgotten who they are, Jesus Christ has not forgotten. He has not forgotten OUR IDENTITY and has foretold that we will be brought back to the true knowledge of who we are and why we are here. The false prophets in Christianity are at the end of their rope. Christians are not appearing in the pews where they preach. Jesus says: “Hearken unto Me, ye that follow after righteousness, ye that seek Jesus. Look unto the rock from whence ye are hewn and to the hole of the pit from whence ye are digged. LOOK UNTO ABRAHAM YOUR FATHER AND UNTO SARAH THAT BORE YOU.” So - look to your IDENTITY and to your birth by God!

THE ENEMY WITHIN

“No man can enter into a strong man’s house and spoil his goods except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.” (Mark 3:27)

“For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed.” (Isaiah 9:16).

“Thine enemies roar in the midst of thy congregations” … (Psalm 74).

“Think not that I am come to send peace on earth; I come not to send peace, but a sword…And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.” (Matt. 10:34-36)

In spite of Ben Franklin’s warning, the enemy was admitted to the land. Their big move was made in the year 1913 when, through a planned offensive, supposed “leaders” within our government fulfilled Isaiah’s prophecy mentioned above. These “leaders” committed treason against the people and against the Constitution which they were under oath to uphold, preserve and defend.

Prior to 1913, the Judiciary had ruled that a “graduated” income tax was in violation of the Constitution. It was not generally known that the Communist Manifesto written by Karl Marx in 1848 advised the use of a “GRADUATED” tax to bring COMMUNISM to a land. This objective was also outlined in the party platform of the communist Party USA in 1912.

There are many patriots who are aware of the results of the present day “GRADUATED” Income Tax both State and Federal. But they do err, not knowing the Scriptures. They are out working like little beavers to “repeal the 16^th Amendment” when in reality the 16^th Amendment does NOT empower the Congress to establish what we have - a “GRADUATED” tax on the income (?). The 16^th Amendment merely grants a power to establish a tax upon the income of the individual - it does NOT say a ‘GRADUATED” income tax. So - the Internal Revenue code is in VIOLATION of the 16^th Amendment. It is also in violation of most of the Constitution!

Now that the enemy had imposed the method of confiscating your money, there must be a means by which it can be delivered to them. Otherwise it might just go into your Treasury and some day you would demand its return. So the Federal Reserve Act was passed by a few of your “blind” leaders in fulfillment of Isaiah’s words again. We will not go into the background of the Federal Reserve Act at this time because extensive writings are available to those who are interested. The Federal Reserve Hoax was written by Eustice Mullins many years ago. Also Gertrude Coogan wrote the book “Money Creators” and it is a good primer for one who is interested. But back to our point - the method of delivering the money to the enemy is revealed by a reasonable research of the Statutes. For instance, Mr. A.J. Porth learned that the Income Tax revenue is used to redeem worthless Federal Reserve Notes. He learned this from reading the Law: 12 U.S. 411, 420, 444, 445, and 531. He also learned that the Federal Reserve Act allows the private banks to buy a $10,000.00 Federal Reserve Note for the cost of paper and printing which comes to less than ONE CENT - thus making the taxpayer assume an obligation of $9,999.99 and compelling us to redeem this amount through the GRADUATED Income Tax payments.

Further, an Attorney in the State of Minnesota, Mr. Jerome Daly won a case in the Courts where for the first time in the history of our nation, the Federal Reserve Act was declared UNCONSTITUTIONAL and the Federal Reserve Notes also UNCONSTITUTIONAL, not lawful money and merely notes which have no consideration for their issuance and no lawful right to exist. This case was ruled upon in 1968 and has been kept out of the controlled press by pressures which do not want the people to learn about the legal ROBBERY that has occurred since 1913!

In short, both the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 and the Internal Revenue Code as enacted by Congress are BOTH unconstitutional, ab initio, ultra vires, unlawful and of no legal effect. Further, the implementation of these unlawful Acts by state and federal agencies and the personnel employed by these agencies is in fact commission of criminal ACTS FORBIDDEN BY LAW.

At this point, the average citizen asks the question: “What can I do?”

The reply is not an easy one to make - but there is a reply. You can fight this destruction of your Constitution within the Law!

There are three Sections of the Federal Statutes which make it a CRIME to violate the CONSTITUTIONAL rights of a citizen of the United States. Sections 51, 241 and 242 of title 18 United States Code should be reviewed. The person violating these Statutes should be NOTIFITED with a witness present - then they cannot present a defense that they did not know they were committing a CRIMINAL ACT. At this time they should also be notified that their act will subject them to arrest and prosecution. At this point one should review the law on Citizen’s Arrest.

THE MYSTERY OF THE LAMB

John 1:29-33 records Jesus’ baptism b John: “The next day John sees Jesus coming to him and says: ‘Behold the LAMB of God which takes away the sin of the world. This is He of whom I said, After me comes a man which is preferred before me, for he was before me.’”

In order to understand the MYSTERIES that Jesus said would be revealed to us, it is obvious that we must first come to the realization that we Christians of the Adamic race are the Israelites of the Bible. In this light, we then see that the Old Testament in its prophecy is both literal and at the same time it is symbolic of the future. For instance, the blood sacrifices of the Old Testament were symbolic of one great sacrifice that was to be made in the future. This sacrifice was to be made by God Himself. The purpose of this sacrifice was not merely what we call “salvation” but it was directed to “REDEMPTION.” In this way God was a REDEEMER!

The authority of Jesus as a REDEEMER depends upon His being the God named in the Old Testament as such and of course the one who would fulfill the prophecies of the Old Testament. Jesus recognized this fact and He always used these Old Testament prophecies as proof for His authority. For instance, Isaiah 9:6 refers to Jesus Christ and says: “For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given. And the GOVERNMENT shall be upon His shoulder; and His Name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting FATHER, the Prince of Peace.” In the New Testament where Jesus speaks to Philip in John 14:9, He says, “He that has seen Me has seen the FATHER.”

In Isaiah 29:18-19 and in Chapter 35:5-6, it was said what things the God of Israel would do when He came into the earth - and we see that Jesus reminded John’s disciples of this when he told them to go back to John and tell him of those things which they heard and of which they had seen, the blind receiving their sight and the lame walking, the lepers being cleansed and the deaf hearing. Jesus was telling John to remember what Isaiah prophesied and to see that He, Jesus was fulfilling those prophecies. In short, Jesus was saying that the Scriptures gave His IDENTITY.

Much of the Old Testament prophecy is in its symbolic meaning. For instance, the Passover in Exodus 12:14, God commanded that this celebration should be an ordinance forever among His people Israel. It symbolized the sacrifice of the LAMB of God which was slain from the foundation of the world. The 12^th Chapter of Exodus shows that the Israelites (ancestors of the Anglo-Saxon, Celtic, Scandinavian, Lombard, Germanic peoples of today - NOT THE JEWS! - were to perform a symbolic ritual which would openly show their faith in the salvation and redemption by the blood of the LAMB. First, the LAMB for the Passover offering was to be chosen on the 10^th day of the Hebrew (NOT JEW) month Nisan, but not to be sacrificed until the 14^th day of that same month. Exodus 12:46 also provided that NOT A BONE OF THE LAMB WAS TO BE BROKEN. Now we turn to the New Testament to learn the MYSTERY of the LAMB. Mark 11:15-18 records that Jesus was chosen to be crucified on the 10^th day of the Hebrew month Nisan. On this day, He was selected for death by the Jews. Jesus Christ was crucified on the 14^th day of this same month Nisan and He returned to the Spirit at an hour which was in the midst of the slaughter of the lambs. John 19:33-36 shows clearly that while the legs of the other two with Jesus were broken, NOT A BONE OF JESUS’ BODY WAS BROKEN! Thus fulfilling the command given in Exodus regarding the Passover LAMB. In I Corinthians, Paul tells us that “Christ, our Passover, is sacrificed for us.”

HISTORIC PROOF OF ISRAEL’S MIGRATIONS

Historians have traced the migration from Israel’s old Palestinian home into their European homes as the Anglo-Saxon, Scandinavian and Germanic Peoples. Not under their old names, of course; but that also is the fulfillment of God’s prophecy that He would “call His servants by another name,” and surely you know that the Bible identifies Israel - and only Israel - as God’s servants.

The migration of the Israelites covered about 12 centuries, during which time they were mentioned by various historians, writing in different languages, during different centuries - and therefore mentioned under different names.

The original 12-tribed nation of Israel broke up into two nations upon the death of King Solomon, about 975 BC. The northern two-thirds of the land, containing ten tribes kept the name “Israel” while the southern one-third containing the tribes of Benjamin and Judah, with many of the Levites, took the name of Judah after the royal tribe. From that time on they kept their separate existence until they were finally merged into a vast migration.

Tracing the Israelites from their Palestinian homeland in the Assyrian conquest and deportation is confirmed in the Bible in II Kings 15:29 and I Chronicles 5:26. The inscriptions of Tiglath-Pileser, which archaeologists have dug up are further confirmation and are in our museums today.

Remember that all of the 10 northern tribes were settled around the south end of the Caspian sea by the Assyrian deportation of Israel. To them was added a large portion of the two southern tribes of Benjamin and Judah. The Greek historian HERODOTUS, who lived from 484 to 425 BC., speaking of these people says, “The Sacae or Scyths, were clad in trousers and had on their heads tall stiff caps rising to a point.” We are now getting further clues to these people. Herodotus says that the Scythians or Sacae first appeared in that land in the seventh century BC., which is the same period in which the tribes of Israel were settled there by their Assyrian conquerors. Their use of the battle-axe as a weapon of war is a carry-over from their history as Israel. (See Jeremiah 51:20). We will see later that the name evolved from SAKKE to SAXON and it is noteworthy that the battle-axe was the great weapon of the Saxons. They Sychians or Sacae lived up to God’s description of Israel as His battle-axe and weapons of war. They became a military people of great power which did much to break up ancient nations. The Greek geographer and historian, STRABO, who lived between 63 BC. And about 21 AD., says, “Most of the Scythians, beginning from the Caspian sea, are called Dahae Scythae in those situated more toward the east Massagatae and Sacae. The rest have common names of “Scythians,” but each tribe has its own peculiar name…”

Sharon Turner’s “History of the Anglo-Saxons” is one of the most thoroughly documented historical studies ever produced and its reliability is beyond question. He traces the Anglo-Saxons of Britain back to the Scythians. Unfortunately he does not go the one step further and trace the Scythians back to Israel, but we can do that from other sources.

Remember that Israel is God’s battle-axe and weapons of war. They had weakened Assyria and as allies of the Medes and Persians, helped overthrow Assyria and Babylon.

The ancient writers such as Polemon of Ilium, Galienos Clement of Alexandria and Adamantios, state that the Sacae were like the Kelts and Germans, describing them as ruddy-fair. The names of the Massagetae and the Thyssagatae evolved into Goths and Ostrogoths (east Goths) and Visigoths (West Goths). The historian Ptolemy, who died about 150 AD., mentions the Scythian people, descended from the Sacae, by the name of SAXONS who had come from Media. Albinus, who lived in the first century BC., also says “The SAXONS were descended from the ancient Sacae in Asia and in the process of time they came to be called SAXONS.” Prideaux reports that the Cimbrians came from between the Black and Caspian seas and that with them came the ANGLI. The Angola and the Saxons moved up the Danube Valley and settled in Germany and along the Baltic shores. From there the Jutes, Angles and Saxons colonized England. Actually the earliest waves of migration penetrated to the farthest edges of the European continent - partly because they could move through nearly empty lands and partly because they were pushed farther by the later waves of Israelite migration coming behind them. Hence we find the settlement of the Scandinavian peninsula pretty well complete before the arrival of the Jutes, Angles and Saxons along the southern shores of the Baltic Sea. The tribes which settled along the shores of the Baltic were a great maritime people - as some of the Israelites had been when still in Palestine. So we see that the migrations of Israel, first into Scythia, expanding there, then gaining the names of Goths, Angli and Saxons, and under these names moving into their present European homelands, is a well-established historical fact. There is also the fascinating story of the early migrations by sea, but that is another subject in itself.

Are you surprised to learn that the Christians of the race of Adam are the true Israel people of the Bible? (Called Caucasians because they migrated to Europe by way of the Caucasus. Do not take our mere word for it at this point but try it on for size. Jesus said “Search the Scripture” and at that time there was NO NEW TESTAMENT! So, we turn to the OLD TESTAMENT and read the following:

“Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be called AbRAham; for a father of MANY nations have I made thee; and I will make thee exceeding fruitful and I will make NATIONS of thee and kings shall come out of thee; and I will establish My covenant between Me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee and to thy seed after thee.” (Gen. 17:5-7).

The tribes of Israel are not lost, the CLERGY are lost! The Nations promised to Abraham’s descendants are as follows: Levi not to be a nation but to be preachers in all of the nations. Zebulun is FRANCE, Gad is ITALY; Issachar is FINLAND, Reuben is HOLLAND, Simeon is SPAIN, Asher is SWEDEN, Judah is GERMANY, Benjamin is ICELAND, Dan is DENMARK, Napthali is NORWAY, Ephraim is GREAT BRITAIN and the U.S.A. is MANASSEH.
